Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications, games, websites, and related services operated by Fluff & Pixel Studios LLC ("Service Provider," "we," "us," or "our") through Rainbow Tile Slide and related properties (collectively, the "Application" or "Services").
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
- Anonymized, aggregate gameplay and app-performance information, collected through Aptabase, our third-party analytics provider
- As part of that same analytics data, Aptabase also automatically collects your device's general model (e.g. "iPhone"), operating system and version, language setting, and IP address, used only to understand app performance and general usage patterns (such as country-level location), and not stored in a way that identifies you or your device
For clarity, in this Privacy Policy "Automatically Collected Data" (also called "Automatically Collected Information") refers to the analytics information described above. "User Provided Data" refers only to information you choose to share with us directly, such as details included in an email to support@fluffandpixelstudios.com, since the Application itself never collects information directly from you. We use "personal data" and "personally identifiable information" interchangeably throughout this Privacy Policy to mean the same thing: information that could reasonably be used to identify you.
Cookies and tracking technologies
The Application itself does not use cookies. It uses the Aptabase SDK described above to support analytics functionality. Our website (http://www.fluffandpixelstudios.com) may use cookies to support standard site functionality. Where required by applicable law, we will obtain consent before using non-essential tracking technologies on the website.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by the Service Provider. To exercise these rights, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, contact the Service Provider at support@fluffandpixelstudios.com.
Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. To exercise your CCPA/CPRA rights, contact the Service Provider at support@fluffandpixelstudios.com.
The Service Provider may use the information you provide to send important information, required notices, and, where permitted by law, marketing communications.
For a better experience while using the Application, the Service Provider does not require you to provide any personally identifiable information. Any information the Service Provider does collect will be retained and used as described in this Privacy Policy.
Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and its service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this Privacy Policy.
We use Aptabase to collect aggregated, anonymized usage data (such as app interactions and general location by country) to help us understand app performance and improve the user experience. Aptabase does not collect personal identifiers, device IDs, or personal data, and does not collect a device's advertising identifier (IDFA) or track players across other apps or websites. International Data Transfers
Aptabase, our analytics provider, is operated by Technov Solutions SRL, a company based in Romania. We use Aptabase's US region, meaning analytics data is processed and stored in the United States.
Aptabase is designed to minimize what is transferred in the first place: it does not collect persistent device identifiers, and your device's IP address is combined with other technical details and a value that changes daily, then converted into a one way hash immediately upon receipt, rather than stored directly. As a result, the information that reaches Aptabase's servers is anonymized telemetry, not information that can identify you or your device.
Where applicable law requires additional safeguards for any international transfer of personal data, the Service Provider will apply appropriate mechanisms available at that time, which may include Standard Contractual Clauses, an applicable adequacy framework, or your consent.
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Data:
- As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process
- When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request
- With our trusted third-party vendors, who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this Privacy Policy
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop further collection of information from your mobile device by uninstalling the Application. Uninstalling will stop the Application from collecting data from your device, but it does not automatically delete information that has already been transmitted to the Service Provider or to third parties.
To request deletion of your personal data, to withdraw consent, or to exercise any of your rights, contact the Service Provider at support@fluffandpixelstudios.com.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider retains personal data based on its necessity for the stated purposes:
- User Provided Data: Retained for the duration of your use of the Application plus 12 months thereafter, unless longer retention is required by law
- Automatically Collected Data: Retained for up to 24 months from collection, unless longer retention is required for legal compliance
- Aggregated and Anonymized Data: Retained indefinitely as it no longer identifies you
- Data required for legal compliance: Retained as long as required by applicable law

Children's Privacy
Rainbow Tile Slide (also known as Rainbow Slide) is designed for and intended to be used by children, including children under the age of 13. We are committed to protecting the privacy of every player, and the game has been built so that no personal information is ever required or collected in order to play. The Application does not request an account, login, name, email address, birthdate, photo, or location from any player, child or adult.
The only information collected during gameplay is anonymous, aggregate usage analytics gathered through Aptabase (see Third Party Access, above). Aptabase does not collect a device's advertising identifier (IDFA), does not track players across other apps or websites, and cannot identify an individual child or their specific device. The Application contains no advertising, no in-app purchases, and no user accounts, and we do not use any information we collect for advertising, marketing, or behavioral targeting of any kind.
Because we do not collect any information that identifies an individual child, we are not able to look up, modify, or delete a specific child's data, since no such record exists to find. The Service Provider encourages parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's use of the Application. If you believe a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider some other way (for example, through a support request), or have any other questions about how the Application handles your child's privacy, please contact us at support@fluffandpixelstudios.com and we will address your concern promptly. If you are under 13 years of age, your parent or guardian must provide consent on your behalf where permitted by law.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
Data Breach Notification
If a data breach occurs that affects your personal data, the Service Provider will notify you in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including, where required, providing information about the nature of the breach and the steps being taken to address it.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy with an effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of August 22, 2026.
Your Consent
Where processing is based on consent, you provide that consent by affirmatively opting in to the relevant feature or action. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. Processing based on other lawful bases is carried out as described above.
